The location of the hotel was great, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a convenient code entry system. Despite some minor issues with the pillows and a brief lockout incident, our overall stay was pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the centre of things. It was very close to the city center, making it easy for us to walk pretty much everywhere. the hotel wasvery comfy and tidy, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were patient, attentive, and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. We also appreciated the varied breakfast options, including the hot croissants. The hotel facilities, like the easy building and room access, were efficient and convenient. Lastly, the transportation was excellent, with the tramway station only a block away, great to explore this city easily.

It is also reasonably near the center, allowing guests to easily access shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and marking places of interest on the map.
There have been some instances of rude behavior by the reception staff, which can be off-putting for guests.

Well-located for trams and walking, perfect for a weekend trip. Simple, but everything you need is provided. Check-in and check-out uncomplicated, even for late arrivals and early departures. Special thanks to the helpful and friendly girl at the desk. A hidden gem!

This hotel is a great find - it offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its prime location near the center. The staff are attentive and provide basic amenities, making the rooms comfortable and convenient. I loved that my room had a window on the sunny side, and despite being on the 6th floor, the hotel was surprisingly close to the University and the highway. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the check-out time until 12 am was a bonus.
All in all, everything was more than okay - no complaints here!
